An authoritative car washing pump can simply be base line for a cleaning outlet but how ?

A good car washing pump can be a strong base line for your car wash outlet!

The end line of a car wash outlet or setup is that the customers want a great carwash experience. If you ask any of your customers what matters most to them and what they love about your business, they’ll likely mention something to do with your customer-focused carwash experience. That could be anything from staff interactions, perks, facilities, curb appeal, facility atmosphere, and the quality of your carwash and car detailing services. Customers are looking for a great, customer-focused experience. The customers do not care about what’s under the hood! But if you wish to deliver all of these with a charm and no backend problems, choosing the right car washing pump is vital.

How the machines and equipment affect the car wash business

On newly built express exterior sites, for instance, double motored vacuums, high-tech equipment, advanced point-of-sale systems, high pressure washer and accelerated conveyor speeds are common. This workhorse equipment creates perfect harmonization to power today’s automatic carwashes to serve raised car counts. But before these mechanisms can combine and effectively meet the demand, providing deep cleaning, the “intelligence of the carwash” must work hard behind the scenes to conduct the whole performance.

If an operator of a highly automated tunnel carwash is asking, “Do I need a carwash controller?” he is already asking the wrong question. Instead, the operator should instead be asking the following three power questions:

  • What type of wash do I have?

  • What features do I need?

  • Which carwash controller offers the features that I need?

In other words, it’s not a matter of whether or not a contemporary automated carwash should have a controller, it’s a matter of what type.

“The answer to those questions will help determine how much investment in space and money is required,”

For a tunnel carwash, conveyor length, as well as the type of equipment and number of devices the controller will operate, are leading factors that will dictate an operator’s investment in space and money.

While the car washing pump doesn’t pose so many difficulties. The biggest question that is floating around is: Can I wash my car using a pressure washer myself?

You may be asking about water pressure not because you want to run through a car wash but because you’re looking to wash your car yourself using a pressure washer. Too much pressure (usually anything more than 1,900 PSI) can damage the paint job on your vehicle. If you’re determined to do so, keep the following tips in mind.

  • In addition to using the right pressure (1,000 to 1,200 PSI), make sure you use the correct nozzle. A 25 degree, or green, nozzle is good for a pre-wash rinse.

  • This thing unleashes a more intense spray, so it works to get rid of the matted grime and mud that you dirty folks out there may have accumulated.

  • The 40 degree, or white, nozzle is great for the standard wash. It covers a large area at a time and is less intense, so it makes a nice choice for the surface of the car.

Finally, we recommend using an electric car washing pump rather than gas-powered power washer for this job.
